My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were very hot compared to the lobby which was impressive, spacious, and modern. I had the privilege of staying on the 7th floor with a stunning view of Acropolis and Likavitos. The service team was very helpful overall, but there were some hiccups in terms of special diet availability and understanding my request for a facecloth. The location was okay, not near many eating or drinking options, but it was excellent for easy access to the National Archeological Museum and close to the metro station. The dining experience was varied and of good quality, although the omelette wasn't up to par with my expectations for a five-star hotel. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed during my stay.

The rooms were very hot compared to the lobby area but impressively big and modern, offering a fantastic view of Acropolis and Likavitos.

The staff was very helpful from start to finish. They were great at helping us navigate around, but there were some shortcomings in understanding specific requests.
Location

The location was okay in terms of proximity to the center, lacking eating and drinking options, but excellent for accessing the National Archeological Museum and being close to the metro station.

The hotel offers a mix of positives like a decent location and tasty breakfast but also has drawbacks such as outdated rooms and a lack of central positioning. Staff can be a bit uncomfortable but are generally friendly. Dining options could be improved, and the facilities are satisfactory.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are old-fashioned, small, and in need of renovation. Some noise from dragging chairs on hard floors can be bothersome, and the view from the back side facing a building is not ideal although the front view towards the park is nice.
Service
6.0
The hotel staff can make you feel somewhat uncomfortable, but they are overall friendly. Some aspects may seem unhelpful for a 5-star establishment.
Location
7.0
The location is good but not central to main attractions, yet accessible within 10-20 minutes.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience could be richer overall, with breakfast being a bit more limited than expected and slightly pricier than average.
Facilities
Facilities are standard, offering the essentials without standing out in any particular way.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were so nice with a partial view of the park and a HUGE terrace overlooking the Acropolis, providing gorgeous views. The service was really lovely, with staff always ready to help, but there were some undertrained and unfriendly members. The location felt safe, although a bit far from tourist spots. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were decent.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help out. The location was great for shopping and exploring the city, and there were even taxis right outside the hotel for convenience. The dining experience was good overall, with a variety of fresh and local dishes, although a bit overpriced for two persons.

My stay at the Radisson Blu in Athens had its ups and downs. The hotel's prime location near the city center and convenient access to transportation made up for the outdated rooms with some maintenance issues. The service was impeccable, particularly Antonis' assistance, but the dining options were a bit overpriced. Overall, a mixed experience but decent value for the money.

Rooms
6.0
The room overlooking the rubbish bins was clean and tidy, suitable for a family of three for a five-day stay. However, the room felt very outdated with a noticeable smell of old furniture, unlike other Radisson Blu hotels I've stayed in. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and bed frames were broken.
Service
9.0
The staff truly knew their job and made the stay pleasant.
Location
7.0
The hotel is near the city center, making it convenient for exploring Athens. Although the area feels overcrowded with couches and uncomfortable to walk around at night, being a couple of stops away from the tourist center offers an authentic Athens experience.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience, while overpriced, offered a good range and quality of food. It felt like a typical Radisson dining experience, possibly the best in the city for the money paid.
Facilities
7.0
The modern look of the lobby and breakfast area added a touch of luxury to the facilities, although improvements are needed in room maintenance.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a view of the park, though some noise from adjoining suites could be bothersome, and occasional inconvenience with facilities. The service provided is friendly but may lack belief in guest arrangements. The location is not ideal for tourists due to a decline in the area, yet convenient for business guests overlooking the park. Dining provides a mix of local products but may lack restocking during weekends. However, the hotel facilitates various services with a good selection of hot and cold options in dining, making it a decent choice for a stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, however, had an outdated feel with a smell of old furniture. The lack of an iron initially required multiple requests before it was provided.
Service
